Warwickshire residential park welcomes growing community with strong early sales and new show home now open for viewing
Outhill View, the luxury gated residential park set between Henley‑in‑Arden and Studley, will host its next Open Weekend at the end of the month giving visitors the opportunity to tour the development, view a show home, and find out more about the bespoke homes and remaining plots ahead of the completion in Spring.
Alison Dallimer, Sales Manager, said: “The sense of community here is fantastic. Many buyers are looking for a secure, like‑minded environment where they can enjoy a slower pace without being isolated, and Outhill View delivers exactly that. With a show home available to view and several stunning plots still open, the upcoming Open Weekend is the perfect time to see what makes this development so special.”
The exclusive over‑45s community continues to take shape at pace and is on track for completion this spring. Of the 55 bespoke residential park homes planned for the development, 21 have already been sold, with 14 residents now living on site. Interest has been consistently strong, driven by the park’s peaceful setting, high‑quality homes, and welcoming community spirit.
“Set within semi‑rural Warwickshire countryside, Outhill View offers beautiful open views, landscaped surroundings, and the security of a fully gated entrance. Residents benefit from the perfect balance of countryside tranquillity and convenient access to nearby villages, attractions, walks, and transport links,” said Alison.
The show home on site is an Omar Ikon and it provides visitors with a clear picture of the space, specification, and luxury interior finishes offered across the development. Buyers can choose from a range of bespoke layouts, with options to tailor designs to suit their lifestyle and needs.
Outhill View is being developed by UK-wide EKOS Homes and will eventually comprise 55 luxury properties set among Warwickshire’s green fields and woodland. Just off the A4189 between Redditch and Henley-in-Arden, the park enjoys a private entrance from Hardwick Lane, close to the rolling fields of Outhill Farm.
